Abstract
The tribal gaming industry has flourished and continues to grow rapidly, with American Indian gaming revenues surpassing the traditional Las Vegas Strip for gambling. As this industry continues to succeed and tribal self-sufficiency is encouraged, the need for safety and security protocols are essential for both the industry’s growth and the community’s peace of mind. Casino concerns around violence can range from domestic violence, active shooter, fire, explosion, chemical exposure, cyber threats, and IT vulnerabilities.
