Physical Security & Vulnerability Assessment

Prevention is always better than cure. It is crucial that organizations both plan and manage the safety and security of personnel thoroughly. Ensuring that your staff and customers are kept safe and secure is critical to your organization’s success.

The best way to prevent violence is to have a strong culture of security and a network of safety measures in place. Organizations that invest in the right tools have a jump start in preventing violence in the work place.

The challenge: It is easy to assume that everyone knows what is appropriate in a situation of a critical incident, crisis, or potential crisis. This is rarely the case, and there is often an absence of specific expectations. Common sense quickly becomes uncommon with an untrained staffing a high-risk situation. Clear guidance needs to be given to staff on many issues especially in prevention and in making your place of business safe.

The solution: A Physical Security & Vulnerability Assessment

  • A team of experts from varied backgrounds: Law Enforcement, forensic Psychology, Emergency Management, Threat Assessment, and Disaster Behavioral Health
  • Dynamic Personal Safety & De-escalation Training
  • Comprehensive assessment for the prevention of property crimes (theft, vandalism, etc.) at all facilities, outbuildings, parking, pathways, and open areas, as stated in the proposal
  • Assessment to include procedural and policy-driven prevention and techniques, electronic and technology prevention, data comparison, physical hard security, and surveillance
  • The assessment will include a comprehensive report for management detailing processes, findings,  and recommendations
  • An impartial view of operations and procedures balanced with Bolante.NET’s observations and discussions with key team members
  • Informal meeting with key staff to review findings/recommendations
  • Formal presentation of the Comprehensive Review: Physical Security/Vulnerability Assessment & Recommendations

A comprehensive report document will be provided

An informal meeting will be scheduled with key staff before the formal presentation of the report
